The College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA) programs are aimed at students who are seeking preparation for career in business and related fields. These programs provide general knowledge in business from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Here at KSU through the College, the students will learn the important skills of effective employees and managers who are globally competitive to meet today’s global challenges.

The primary aim of the College is to create graduates who can effectively help their organizations to achieve its goals and objectives. Students will be able to develop a real-world understanding of business and learn how to become a more effective decision maker, manager, leader, successful entrepreneurs, business executives and professionals. Also, students develop effective skills in strategic thinking, communication, and techniques in managing different personalities, which are crucial tools for a successful career.
