The College of Criminal Justice Education thru the leadership of Dr. Mario A. Garcia was recognized and awarded "Presidential Citation Award" for  consistent high passing rate of BS Criminology in the Licensure Examination, surpassing the National Passing Rate, which immensely contributed to the attainment of the vision,mission of Kalinga State University during the 2nd Charter University Foundation Gala and Awards Night on February 1, 2018 at Kalinga Astrodome.
