Empowering Future Educators: College of Education Conducts Fellowship Program for LET Takers

Kalinga State University- College of Education conducted a fellowship gathering with a theme, "Journey together to fulfill our purpose and potential" in preparation for the Licensure Examination for teachers (LET) examinees this coming Sunday, September 29, 2024.The program was held at the Student Center, Bulanao Campus, which brought together LET Takers, university officials, faculty and students.

KSU Rizal Campus Celebrates a Milestone: 17 Years of Excellence and Growth

The theme "Legacy of Learning and Leadership: Honoring our Past, inspiring our Future" inspired this year’s celebration.

Kalinga State University Non-Teaching Staff Participate in National Clean-Up Day 2024

In observance of National Clean-Up Day 2024, the non-teaching staff of Kalinga State University participated in a community clean-up drive on September 24, 2024. This initiative was spearheaded by the City Environment and Natural Resources Office in collaboration with the Tabuk City Local Government Unit, alongside various government and private agencies.

KSU Holds Thanksgiving Mass in Honor of President Bagtang's Birthday

Kalinga State University united as one family to celebrate a thanksgiving mass in honor of University President Dr. Eduardo T. Bagtang’s birthday on September 24, 2024. Attended by university officials, faculty, staff, and students, the event reflected the KSU family’s appreciation for their leader.

Officiated by Fr. Romeo Dawaton, the mass focused on gratitude for another year in President Bagtang's life, along with prayers for his continued good health. Fr. Dawaton expressed hopes for more years of service, especially for those who seek guidance from the president.

Kalinga State University Shines at WURI Global Conference 2024 with Innovative Achievements and Global Recognition

Kalinga State University made a significant global impact by participating in the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) Global Conference 2024, held from September 24-26 at the Seoul School of Integrated Sciences & Technologies (aSSIST) University in Seoul, Korea.

The conference opened with a declaration from WURI Honorary President Dr. Oh Myung and a keynote speech by Member of National Assembly Honorable Eun Hye Kim. KSU was represented by Dr. Karen Razelle M. Duyan, who actively engaged in various conference activities.

KSU Supports Strengthening Peace Engagement: Media Orientation in Baguio City

On September 23, 2024, the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPAPRU) and the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), through the Philippine Information Agency (PIA), held a media orientation focused on localized peace engagement and transformation in Baguio City. The event aimed to enhance the government’s peace information campaign and foster a shared understanding of peace within communities. Information Officers and media practitioners from the Cordillera Administrative Region participated, including Mary June U.
