At the Bulanao Campus, canteens at the Business Center are managed by private individuals and a carenderia and a consumer’s cooperative store are being operated by the BIBAK Multi-Purpose Cooperative. At the Dagupan Campus, canteens are managed by private individuals. Helathful snacks and lunches are served to the students and to employees. Grocery items are also available at the cooperative store.
