Sponsored by the student leaders under the office of Dr. Mary Joyce Wangiwang, Director for student services, KSU conducted its first flag ceremony in front of the College of Education building this morning.
Said activity was attended by both the teaching and non- teaching staff, students, the representatives from the uniformed personnel of KPPO and Kalinga COMELEC Officer, Atty. Reyman Solbita.
In his message, Dr. Eduardo T. Bagtang welcomes both the new and old students who enrolled during the first semester and are now back to school. He also advised the students to maximize their time and do their share as students by doing researches and make it a habit going to the library to do readings, especially that we are now in full face to face classes.
Bagtang also reminded both the employees and students on the observance of the minimum health protocols upon entering the university premises.
On the other hand, Atty Reyman Solbita announced that they will be conducting voters registration within the university to cater students who are qualified to vote but not yet registered to fill out the registration form. This also caters to those who wish to transfer their place of registration and to the married ones who have not yet change their status.
Certificates were also awarded to the students who participated and won during the National Book week and the activities conducted by the KPPO.
