KSU Launches Motorpool within Bulanao Campus

To provide fleet operations among KSU employees, a Motorpool is constructed for a common and shared use of all employees in the university, which was launched on December 2, 2022, at KSU BUlanao Campus.

The budget for phase 1 of this project was extracted from the Income Generation Fund (IGF) amounting to P377, 037.25. It was started on October 26, 2018, and completed on December 31, 2018, under the Directorship of Engr. Ronjon R. Garming of the Office of the Planning and Strategy.

Subsequently, phase 2 which amounted to P 981, 912.03 started on June 10, 2019, and completed on September 6, 2019, still from the IGF budget allocations.

The completion of this project amounting to 15 million was shouldered by the Government Appropriation Act (GAA), which started on September 8, 2020, and completed on February 28, 2022, under the Directorship of Dr. Lope T. Buen.

Said project will be managed by the General Services Office (GSO) under the Directorship of Engr. Danilo Falgui.

The realization of said project is owed to the Project Engineer, Engr. Bryan Wacdagan with the designers, Arch. Jenie Abad, Engr. Sheena Bangibang, Engr. Kimberly Batalao, Engr. Marilyn Tocyapao, and Engr. Patricj de Jesus.

During the launching ceremony, a mass was officiated by Rev. Fr. Roman Macaiba followed by the blessing of the whole building and ribbon cutting with the presence of the university officials. /UIO
