Kalinga State University President Dr. Joy Grace P. Doctor had a productive meeting with CHED Commissioner Hon. Marita R. Canapi on January 24, 2025, in Cauayan City, Isabela. The discussion focused on KSU's forthcoming participation in the ASEAN Universities Exhibition and Forum 2025, which will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
