Rev. Bakian Graces KSU’s First Face to Face Graduation Ceremony after a Couple of Years closure of all Face-to-Face Academic Activities.

After two (2) years of Blended Learning and closure of all face-to-face academic activities, we are now gradually shifting from new normal to traditional and normal mode of conducting our university activities. It’s all God’s will that we now celebrate this year’s commencement Exercises with great joy in our faces, as observed during the baccalaureate mass which we just celebrated this morning in the University gym.

Rev. Roceni S. Bakian, UCCP Tabuk City Administrative Pastor gave emphasis on her message “Be Joyful in Hope, Be Patient in Affliction, Be Faithful in Prayer, and Be Committed to Serve”, as she explicated on our unsettling experiences when we fought for COVID-19 pandemic. Addressing to the graduates, she further said that our present education teaches us on how to make a living and that these graduates must not stop after receiving their diplomas, but it should be the beginning of their search for a better living.

On behalf of the Kalinga State University officialdom, faculty, staff, and students, we extend our sincere gratitude to Rev. Roceni S. Bakian for her unselfish response to our request.
