Mr. Arnold Tanding, recently elected as President of the Kalinga State University Non-Teaching Personnel Association Incorporated, officially took his oath of office before University President Dr. Eduardo T. Bagtang on August 28, 2024, at the President's Office.

Mr. Tanding's extensive qualifications and years of service earned the trust and overwhelming support of the non-teaching employees, resulting in his decisive election victory. Before assuming his current role as Supervising Administrative Officer, he served as the University Accountant III from July 28, 2008, to December 19, 2023, overseeing the financial management of the university with dedication and expertise.

As president, Mr. Tanding's platform emphasizes the holistic welfare of non-teaching staff. His initiatives focus on fostering positive relationships among employees and cultivating a supportive working environment that enhances both staff morale and the student experience.
