         Center of excellence in public administration and indigenous governance in Northern Luzon.
 
BACHELOR OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
          Public Administration is a degree program that prepares people for public administration and governance careers for the public interest. It is also a formation course for students who want to devout their lives to public service in the government and civil society.
Objectives of the Program
          Towards the achievement of the college goal, the program aims to attain the following quality objectives:
          1. deliver the essential education foundation for the students that will instill them the commitment to function effectively and efficiently as professionals;
          2. produce professionals in public administration and indigenous governance with the required knowledge, values, and skills to serve in the government and civil society; 
          3. engage students to conduct social researches on public administration, indigenous knowledge, systems and practices, research-based community outreach programs and related extension service; and
          4. establish functional linkages with other agencies/organizations to support instruction programs, research, extension, and production functions.
