Orientation on Tulong Dulong Program (TDP-TES) grantees for the Province of Kalinga held at Kalinga State University Amphitheater Building, Bulanao Campus.

The orientation was focused on the discussion of the four (4) programs under Republic Act 10931. This Act made it possible for the students to pursue quality tertiary education without paying tuition and other school fees in state universities and colleges and CHED-recognized local universities and colleges. It provides financial aid to students from the poorest of the poor households and students who need additional financial support.

The program also covers the statement of the purpose and background of TDS-TES and the Roles and Responsibilities of the grantees.
